Seems like a big ask? Well, we think it all begins with the stories children are told, and more importantly, the stories they tell themselves. Read this blog post to learn how stories and storytelling shape our world.
Meet the founder
Sanya Nayeem
A journalist and editor with nearly two decades of storytelling experience, Sanya found her love for words as a little girl and honed it in the newsroom, in Dubai, UAE, as an adult.​

When she read books to her own young daughters (ages 4 and 6), however, she discovered that being interactive — role-playing, crafting, provoking debates, asking thoughtful questions, and inviting ideas — made the stories truly come alive. Her kids were hooked. They gave the stories their full attention and discussed them for weeks afterward.​

A small change had a lasting impact and planted the seed for a whole new venture. And so, Little Storytellers was born.

Now, Sanya strives to help children discover the joy of stories and self-expression. Her hope is to guide little ones to explore their own voices, learn important lessons, and be confident in telling their own stories - big or small.
