Refund Policy

At Little Storytellers, we understand that plans can change! Here’s how our refund policy works:

• Modules (Four-week classes based on a single theme): Refundable, if we are notified at least 7 days before the first class. Missed modules without notice, or with less than 7 days' notice, are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• Individual classes: No refunds after the first class of a module has been attended. Since our modules run on a strict schedule, make-up classes and/or refunds will not be granted for sessions that are not attended.

• Stand-alone classes (such as PA Day): Refundable up until 7 days before the class.

• If a program or session is closed by Little Storytellers, due to severe weather, low enrolment or any other circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.

• Processing time for refunds can take up to four (4) weeks. All refunds will be made excluding any processing fees.
